Can you guess who's who? They hadn't all been together since the mid-eighties, but this snapshot of the founders was taken in late 1998 in the Follow Your Heart ® Cafe at a farewell dinner for Michael who was leaving California to take the position of president of the Mid-Atlantic division of Whole Foods/Fresh Fields.

Where are the others today? Paul and Bob are still very active with Follow Your Heart ® on a daily basis, and also busy running Earth Island, a manufacturing company they set up in 1988 to produce the Follow Your Heart ® brand products which are distributed throughout the country. Spencer, who can still be seen occasionally at The Heart, was last seen riding one of his favorite vintage motorcycles off into the California sunset to follow "The Path".
